What should I do to stay focus?

Prioritize your tasks: Figure out which tasks are most important and focus on those first. This will help you avoid feeling overwhelmed and give you a sense of accomplishment as you complete each task.

Use a timer: Set a timer for a specific amount of time and focus on your work until the timer goes off. Then take a short break before starting again.

Exercise: Physical exercise can help improve your focus and concentration. Try taking a short walk or doing some light stretching to get your blood flowing and clear your mind.
